if anyone out there has an E28 with the complete tool kit, wanna snap a picture, or make a list of whats in it for me, that would be great ( there are atleast two types of kits out there, casue my 535 has a larger kit than my 524td parts car)

One of them is for the tool to open and close your window in case the motor fails!
You can see it in the 2nd picture on the bottom left hand side!
And to be able to tell what the other one is for I would have to have a close up of the empty spot.

ya, thats waht i though, cause i spent today looking for that damn thing so i can lower the window while i had the door torn apart and the battery out on the 524 thats waht inspired this whole thing

That is to open/close your sunroof manually.
Off-topic: I think I have used everyone of the tools in my tool kits at least once!

I don't know why the diesel would come with that!
You put that through the spark plug tool to remove the plugs!
I can see in your last picture it came with the plug tool!
Very odd.
