another newbie

thats right not only a newbie here but just purchased my first bimmer. after driving f350 4x dsl's for years i thought i would get something alot more practical as a daily driver. i had the pleasure of riding in an 03 740 to la and back (peoria,az) and that set the hook.
the 528i i got is pretty sharp and a fun little commuter. but, the stereo....SUX!
the rest is minor little things i can repair myself.
here she is.

I AGREE WITH THE L5's....nice pair of solobarics and you'll rock the neighborhood....or you can also consider some JL AUDIO 12" W6's...

well after plaing with the memory settings i got it sounding better. my truck has 2 10's and 4 jl components that are crisp and loud. this bim stereo sounds like a kraco. have a stereo bud looking into speaker options. really would wrather not take up trunk space with a box.
