I don't know about making the angel eyes brighter but as far as foggy headlight lenses, you're better off getting some good plastic polish and buffing your lenses until they look new again. Unless you have buildup of dirt, dust inside the lens you can get them back to almost perfect again without having to pay for a new set. I've returned many dull lenses to new, make sure to apply wax after polishing so the surface is protected.
Has anyone ever gotten those angel eyes enhancers off of ebay, they are supposed to make the angel eyes brighter? Im wondering if they are worth it?
It's ebay, so chances are its not worth it. If you want to get bright AE's then I recommend looking at Umnitza or DDM Tuning for LED based AE's. You'll have a hard time finding anything brighter,
no sense cleaning the inside of lenses, if you have any dirt or dust in them that means that they're not airtight so it's just going to get that way again. they are sealed to not let in anything but if you have stuff inside them then that problem isn't correctable you probably should change them if you want clear lenses
