| i have a 5 series and the air conditioning has been cutting in and out for a few weeks but 2 days ago it just packed in, when i say air conditioning i mean the heating/cooling system not just the extra cold bit.
checked the fuses and the air filters, any ideas.
i have 3green lights left on the dash my engine amber light is showing (think its the emissions light) but i have not idea where to start looking, seems like when this light came on everthing started to go wrong, like the engine reving between 800 and 1400rpms at traffic lights and just recently when sitting in traffic jams and pull away after stopping for a while the engine runs erratically, if i pull over and turn off and then on the engine runs fine immediately as if i have reset something, please help
