Airbag Code

hi group i,m a new member this site is very cool.
well..i,m looking for help
i,m a mechanic and we have the launch x-431 scanner then we have a 2 problems with 2 bmw, is 528i 2000 year, then the problem is in the airbag sistem, we have the code 11 (ignition circuit zk10 batery unplug 1) that is the description i did check in mitchell on demand and i could´n found any information about that code
i check the fuses in the glove box and the trunk, then is ok
i reset the code then it apears again. used
any ideas

Which code would be helpful in helping you out.

Can't remember the code but it sound like the + battery terminal this is pyrotechnical you can buy a repair kit for them but you have to cut it into the main battery lead in the boot 'll try and find the code and get back to you.

if the BST had been activated the car wouldn't even start...probably not the problem.

in fact this vehicle from time to time will not start, the customer will wait 2 or 3 days and then it will start with no problem. i see that this is a very differente problem and has nothing to do with air bags, is this right? if so maybe you can help me out to fix the start problems.
