I've got a 1990 535I and want to make it sound more aggresive. If someone could give me some suggestions or even parts in particular that aren't too expensive that would be great. I'm looking for that throatier "Ima f**k you up" sound. If you get what I mean.

you can use them on anything, they arent made for any specific vehicle. Not many people put them on bimmers, but i personally like the way they sound on a straight six, but that could just be me

Remember, you have to live with the sound ALL the time. I installed a throatier muffled on my son's 318i and he would happily remove it now. Deep sound is fun every once in a while, but all the time gets on your nerves after a while.

How exactly does the process of debaffling go, im looking into exhaust systems also, and if it will save a few hundred dollars it would be awesome if someone could explain it to me. Is it to the air box or the exhaust system? Also, do those homemade cai systems with a dinan filter head really have the same as the whole dinan systems?
