Ok. I bought a 98 528i a couple months ago. Since then I have looked around a lot for accessories. I definately want the xenon angel eye headlights, clear sidemarkers, clear LED tail lights and a body kit with new foglights. What should I buy first and what should I buy later. Is there any other mods or upgrades worth getting? I want this stuff!!
i would go for the angel eye headlights first... as far as the body kit and led taillights, i would just buy normal clears, because led's probably cost way too much.
I wouldn't get a body kit, but instead just lower the car about 1.75 inches or so.
Does your car have factory Xenons? If not, you're going to run into a whole lot of trouble and expense if you try to retrofit the Xenon Angel Eyes into it. Good luck!

Buy the lights first!!! Ebay has what you need....
Item # 247032301 & 2470203709......
Get this, I am not adertising for ebay but I purchased these two items. This brought my 97 E39 up to snuff with the 2001+ as far as headlights & tail lights. Both are OEM quality & look great on my silver 540i

they exist?
Yes. Ever heard of the Celis tail lights? People talk about them a ton on this board. They were standard on the E39 starting in 2001.

That's what I thought...Drew, you should just buy the halogen angel eye headlights. They physically look exactly the same, but are about 2/3 the cost and you won't have to add xenon ballasts and modify your computer to compensate for the xenons and all that other crap.
