AC Schintzer wheels type IV please help!

Just got myself some AC Schnitzer wheels for my 2005 545i with sport package. My question is do I need to use wheel spacers or I can just take my old rims off and put this new ones without any spacers.
Wheels coming without any spacers. If i do need them spacers what size they should be? Thank you all.

What is the offset of the wheels that you are buying versus the wheels you are removing, if its similar (+/- 10) then you should be ok (depending on the tyre width).

The offset figure is usually on the inside face of the wheel shown as an ET or IS number.

A handy tool is Custom rims, wheel tire packages for your ride - RIMSnTIRES.com

The other web site that might be of some help is Felgen-Katalog - BMW-Treff - der Treffpunkt für alle BMW-Fans und -Fahrer it lets you lookup your current wheels, then the wheels you are looking at to compare their details.
