Ac Fan Problem

Hi

Actually I'm having a problem with my ac .. I guess it is not working .. However when I switch it on the compressor works but there is no air pressure.

I'm really confused, I've checked the fuses and they are working. The compressor is working too. the electricity is reachable, so what is the problem??

Could any body help me on that?

I also observed that the REST Button that locates beside the AC button, is also not working .. could you help me please.. I'm waiting and as for reaching to the fan, is it a big deal to remove the front cover and reach the fan?
