ABS Control module with DSC replacement

I need help, my bemer monger tell me that I need to replace my ABS control with DSC part no. 34526769862 both light are on in the dash, In my search I found a kit for $560. versus the $1100.to 1250.for a new one

how easy is it to replace
what is the difference between the "kit" and a new one at twice the price
thanks
