'98 540i Headlight Problem

Hi! I am loving my 540i so far...I got two minor problems and I will post another topic ; I am sure there has been before here.

First one:

I accidentally broke the headlight positioning adjustment knob...Looks like there is no fix to it and need to get a new assembly...Ouch!

Well, since I am replacing one...I am thinking to go to New Xenon lights...

Does this work as whole assembly or do i need to buy other components as well like circuit breakers etc...
