What would you consider to be the most bang for your buck in performance upgrades, I'm trying to cut down the 0-60.

Better differential would be your best bet.

I've seen someone with a chip, cold air intake, upgraded exhaust, and a better differential run a 5.2 0-60 in a 540.

I'd guess between 2-3 grand for a new one.

www.diffsonline.com sells differentials for about 2400 dollars.

But, yeah, with that setup, you should be able to shave about a second off your 0-60 time, which is incredibly impressive.
