94 530i whats it worth

I am looking at a 94 530i. it has power everything and it all seems to work. the problems are rust on all the doors, passenger side jacking point is rusted out. fender at the bottom isn't connected. power steering fluid leak. then there is the biggest issue it has 260k.
what should I pay for it. I am really interested in but I am worried about the all the above issues.

Leave it. Find another one. Their are more then enough in better shape.

The jacking points are a structural point in the car and welding in new sheet metal is prohibitively expensive unless your a welder.

Re painting all the doors is an average of $600 per door ($2,400 for all four) unless you know a body guy. If you cheap out the rust will just come back.

The milage is of no concern as these cars can last well into the 300k + range if well maintained.

Depends on your plan for it really. If you just looking for a cheap E34 to DD for a little while then sure. But if you want to fix it up, you will sink quite a bit of money into it. I can tell you that the only way to fix that jacking point is cutting it out and welding in a new peice. Other then that everything else thats cosemetic is your call. If you can pick it up for less then 1k then thats okay. You can make your money back by parting it out should something go wrong, but parting a car take a while and a lot of patience.
