94 525I, have been fighting a problem got code 1222 at the same time that the engine started running bad (iratic idle and cutting out at speed) changed mass airflow sensor now it runs good, the bently says after getting code 1000 press acc to floor for ten sec to clear codes. How do you get to code 1000?

do you have your radio code written in your drivers manual? if so disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes will clear it. then just re enter the radio code once you hook it back up
