92 525i touring wagon

I just got this car a couple weeks ago, love the car. only a few things i need help with. First is the lisence plate lites, I got a new one, did not work, switched it with the other side, nothing.I am thinking either plug or wire inside the rear door.
second thing is the tape player, I tried to put a tape in there, and now the unit thinks that there is a tape in it, and i cant get the radio back on, any suggestions?
another thing is the door locks, I guess I have to figure out the double lock thing. If I'm not carefull, the locks will lock and unlock a few times, just kinda annoying.
Headlites, they seem to be pointing downward some, is it normal? hi beams shine nice. anyone tried or have the silverstar,or the bright ones on the new bimmers
