91 BMW 525i Stalling Problem

I have a 91 525i with 280k or 300k miles (Too much to even look at) and sometimes while sitting at a traffic light the engine would just shut off for no reason but, start up again fine. Also, while accelerating it feels like the car kinda choke/bogs and sometimes even stall but, turns itself back on again. It will however stall immediately and stay off if you floor it. I've clean the injector but, that doesn't seems to work. Is there something I should be looking at? Fuel filter? Ignition coil? Whats the problem here?

Vacuum is good. Maybe something about ignition?
