My heated seat (drivers side )doesn't work anymore. i don't think the fuse is blown cause the heated mirror still works.
anyone had that problem, and your opinions on trouble shooting steps. I don't want to start peeling the leather away to change the heating elements just yet. BTW can they heating elements eventually burn out?
there should be some electronics you can get to under the seat, which would be a good place to start.
Look at your wiring diagram (I'm assuming you have a repair manual) and check it with a volt-meter. There could just be a separate fuse under there, I believe I saw one for my power seats last night, but I don't have heat.

I have a service manual. stupid me i didn't look there yet. lol
i have a catch 22 right now. it's too cold to work on the seat and troubleshoot, but at the same time it's damn cold driving without a heated seat. My ass can only do so much heating. LOL
