tach completely stops working,fuel and temp drop to about 1/2 the original working reading. this happens randomly for no appearant reason. ocassionally this corrects itself upon restarting but not always. any help? thanks.
Pull the cluster and check the connectors for corrosion or oxidation. Make sure the pins are tight, spray contact cleaner on the connectors. I use the cleaner from Wurth, but i heard that Radio Shack makes a good one. If this doesn't do the trick, probably the cluster itself( can be rebuilt if needed) HTH
