540i keyfobs and nav questions...BMW FNG...

A few things....has anyone upgraded their nav system on their 2003 540i to a touchscreen? i"m not looking to alter the orginal dashboard so any suggetions on makes and models would be good.

Will the new keyfobs compatible with my 540i?
