Hi.
The dash display all works but there is no airlow at all. Ayny help would be appreciated ghead

My airflow dropped to about 10% due to a very old filter, you might want to change that or just take it out and check the flow.

What year car?

Could be the "sword" or the final stage unit...

Either the sword on the older 5 series or the hedgehog on the E39.

Something similar happened to my 530i

A 10 min job. and cost only about 20 if i remember rightly from BMW

Its the control unit for the air conditioning fans. on the E39, its located to the RHS of the centre console behine the carpet cloth.

I remember finding a web site showing how to replace it on a google search. Sorry cant remember the link.
