528i Windshield Wipers Lined With Gold?

So I get my new "pre-owned" 528i and realize I will need new windshield wipers, but no big deal. I go to my local "Canadian Tire" where every car make is listed for car blades except the BMW 1997 and forward 528 blade. Deep in my heart I know this isn't good news. So I go to another auto parts place and look in their books, same story. Eventually with the help of a clerk, I find the blades at about 4 times the price of ordinary blades. So what is the scope on these blades, are they lined with gold or what?

It depends on if you want to replpace the wiper or the blade only. The blades are only around $20.00 a pair at BMW.

Yes... my bad, I discovered that after my post. I went to a general auto parts and was told $90 for the blades and you can imagine how I felt after the code blue restored my heart beat. The store clerk laughed and said to remember the store and come back because it would be worse when I went to my BMW dealership. So when I went to the dealership, you were correct - it was $20 for the the blades only.
