bellyjello n00b Join Date: Oct 2010 Car: Posts: 3 Photos:	528e 1985 idle problem Hello, I'm thinking about buying an 1985 528e. It has 134,ooo miles decent body nice interior, loaded. It has a problem when at idle. It revs up and then drops down to low idle back and forth... Driving it does fine. When you sit in idle it starts again. If you remove the air filter and block the air intake it levels out. Is this a minor problem or major problem about to occur. The car is $1000. I don't want to put another grand into it. Thanks for ideas and coments.
