can i buy a universal dual inlet dual outlet muffler and put in on my 95 525i

Yes. You'll probably need some fabrication though, as I don't know of any universal mufflers as long as the factory one.

And please, for the love of god don't buy one of those beehive sounding things ...

nope i wasnt goin to by one of those. i was goin to buy a nice 2.5in dual inlet dual outlet mufflers and throw it on there. i just wanted to know if it was possible or not. ill most likely buy a magnaflow muffler they sound really and fit my budget

Yes, go for a magnaflow. I've yet to hear a car sound bad with magnaflows.
