At times the car will allow RPM's to run super high without any acceleration of the vehicle as though it is not in gear. Then suddenly it engages and the car thrusts forward violently. Once over 20 MPH it begins to run better. I also have a strange noise when I turn the wheel left or right. Another strange thing is that once I was over 20MPG and the accelerator would not work properly I could use the cruise control to accelerate with no problem.
This problem is not so much when I first start driving but when I slow to a stop at a stop sign for example and then try to accelerate after. Please point me in the right direction anyone!!!!!
