525 tdse turbo?

hello all
I aint sure if my turbo is failing. If i drive in heavy traffic after a while the engine seems to idle very bad but the revs still show the same. when this happens and i accelerate the car will judder. This only happens when the car is warm. I have also noticed over the past yr. that the car uses more oil. Is my turbo failing?? my car is a 1998 with 110000. ure advice will be appreciated...
