524TD Manual or Torque values

Does anyone know where I can get a manual for an 85 524TD?

Or at least the torque values for the torque converter and transmission bell housing?

I just found a manual online that they claim is a repirnt of the original BMW shop manual for the 5 series. But...
It's $200 US and not returnable. One plus is that they offer free shipping
They don't really give you any info about the manual other than:
