silverlea is an unknown quantity at this point
You would need to have the combustion chambers CC ed............by that I mean plug the sparkplug hole and with a measuring devive see how much fluid it takes to fill the chamber until it is level across the top........then compare that to the other head.If there is little difference then the compression ratios will be pretty similar and it shouldnt make a difference..........bascially i see no reason why you cannot do this..........as long as it bolts on and the exhaust manifolds fits etc.
