Is anyone know how I should change the rear brake sensor? with pictures? Thanks

Here ya go:
How I installed new brake pads on my 1999 528i with Sport Package (should be fine for other E39s)

The sensor is mentioned in Step 23.

Their both E39's. The engine makes no difference in the brake components. The sensor clips in behind the material of the pad. You will see a slot for it when you take the old ones off.
