2003 525i problems :(

I have a 2003 525i it has about 100 thousand miles. i have two problems though, when im driving, around 55-57 miles an hour and the steering wheel shakes and if your sitting in the passenger seat you can feel it a little bit in your chair and on your feet you can feel it. this problem happens at 55-57mph then from 60-80 it happens a little (closer to 80mph) at 83-100 mph it does not shake and at low speeds it does not shake. any ideas what this is? also recently when the car is idleing and when im accelerating slightly the car makes this chirping noise kind of like an howl hooting really fast or a bird chirping a lot, and it isnt very loud, but loud enough to hear. i tried to give as much information as possible if you need more ask! any help is much appreciated, thanks!
