thanks for getting back to me,those pictures really helped.looking at the picture the 2 top hoses on the top of the ccv in back of the intake,mine only has a hose on the passenger side,the hose on the drivers side is missing,any idea where that should connect.thanks again
You may find that one of the vacuum lines is plugged. There was a change in the later configuration. There should be a large line that goes down the left hand side of the engine as well as the smaller vaccum line.
Did you notice a dip in the idle when you pulled the dipstick?
thanks again.the idle didn t change but i did hear slurping when i pulled the dipstick,i did replace that ccv unit a month ago.when i look inside the throttle body i see oil there,also when the car was parked on a steep incline with nose down ,there was a whole lot of smoke on start up,other than this smoke the car runs perfect.
