2002 530 stalls randomly & water lead

I have a problem that is getting worse. If the car is hot it can stall randomly. Never happens when I'm on the highway, only at low speed typically after I have run the car, shut down for a while then start it up again. I have also had it do it in heavy traffic. Dash shows "engine failsafe mode" Restart once or sometimes twice and everything is fine.

I pulled P1639 and P0102. Have recently replaced cam sensor. Want to cure problem before weather gets hot or before I get stuck completely.

I also get water on the back floor behind the driver seat when it rains really hard.

Love the car.
