I saw smoke and turned off the car and flat bedded the car to Ottos BMW in Ottawa to save the engine (have the cylinders drained of oil and the crank case breather valve replaced)
unfortunately two idiots ignored me, put more oil in the car, and then started it up until they compressed two of the rods and then walked away from their mess (they used to be good, but now the dealership seems to be falling apart)
Apart from the pending small claims court matter to follow, is there a chance to save the engine by replacing the two compressed rods and looking for other damage, or am I stuck doing an engine swap? Its been an excellent well maintained car otherwise
Any insight or ideas would be appreciated
