Hi,

I'm new to BMW and want to know how many mods (and which) it will take to reach 355HP?
It has to be without supercharger/turbo/compressor...

You will need to fit a set of high quality extractors with a performance exhaust system,and then get hold of DINAN for one of their chips.Thecompression ratio is allready 10:1 so you wont need to modify your heads at all.The above should gain you an extra 30-40hp.Your standard 540 will have around 290hp.

You could always take it to Active Autowerke or Dinan for one of their Turbo packages.

My advice...for all the money you'd have to spend to get 355hp (maybe?)
Upgrade to a ///M5
