2000 528i Throttle Body Problem

I have a 2000 528i. I took it in and it had over 10 codes for throttle body issues. Today we put in a used throttle body and it ran fine at first. Now the eml light has come back on and it is in severe limp mode. Previously when the eml light has come on, I could go at least 50mph. Now it will barely go over 10mph. I will be working on it at the shop again tomorrow. Some of the codes include 119. I need to know what else it possibly could be. Or if it may just be a bad throttle body that we put in.
