2000 528, Rear Sway Bar Links

I have a 2000 528i, I am going to replace the front sway bar links because they are worn (clunking). I havent really noticed any noises from the rear, but do you think it is a good idea to replace the rear sway bar links at the same time? They are small and I cannot detect wear like the fronts. How often do the rear links wear/be replaced?

Also...how is the labor on this job. My mechanic said the fronts are not too bad, is the rear similar or more difficult?

Personally, I would advise doing the job-lot !! If only for peace-of-mind ;-)
