I visited carsurvey.org and read some pretty decent reports on this model BMW. I am stepping up from an E36 model 320iA and totally loved the car, but needed a larger vehicle. I just turned down a 528iA from a US owner and have already purchased the 520iA. Was wondering if any owners here could give any insight to the ride quality and ownership experience?

My e39 just cant hang with the ol' e34
520, though? That thing is going to feel super super slow!!

Thanks for the input. I'm excited about the car, no doubt, but I think I kinda knew what the overall performance was gonna be like, and getting up to speed. I really wanted a bigger car than my E36 320i, but the fuel economy / performance ratio was soo sweet on the 320i I said what the hell, grab the 520i.
I receive the car in June, so I am a bit excited, and anxious.
