aa1 n00b Join Date: Apr 2007 Car: Posts: 4 Photos:	1996 525 TD Touring auto Hello all, my son has a 1996 525 touring auto and it is the gearbox I would like to ask about. When I drive it the box changes ok but when cruising at a steady pace and any pressure at all is put on the accelerator it changes down. Is there anybody out there can throw any light on this or is it just normal with this box. I have a merc auto and it certainly does not perform like this. I have spoken to a mechanic about this and he suggested it may have something to do with the kick down adjustment! any suggestions are most welcome. regards aa1
