Does it not have 4 small holes in the head unit.

No it doesn't. I'm guessing I have to remove the left lower trim panel and then there will be visible screws I can remove. I'm switching the Panasonic motorized out for a motorized Dual which is better. Hopefully there will be regular philips screw heads.
