1989 E34 and fixing it up.

Alright, i have a '89 4 door white. Its headliner is coming down, the side panel cloth things are coming off on the passenger and the driver side doors are coming off too, wondering what the best way is to fix these or what i should replace them with so it would look nice.

There are dents in the quarter panel and the hood, was wonder what the best way to take these out.

The driver seat seems to be coming out of the track and it slouches to the left. Also, i think the motor is dieing as i have to push with my legs in order to get it to move when i hit the buttons on the side. Is fixing this relatively hard for a novice? I am good with electronics and am a fast learner.

The insturment panel with the odometer and such isn't working. The Lights aren't working and the milage, gear notifier aren't showing up. The fuses and the bulbs have been checked and they are fine.

And i started to take the tint off, but i am having trouble with the tricky spots, would it be smart just to bring it to a place which can do it for me?

Also, how does this car look in black? I am planning on painting it.
