190,000

Is the new number I see on my dash today. Oh what a day, 200,000 won't be long with how much I drive now. I consider 10,000 mile marks birthdays of sorts for my cars, mostly because I have no idea the day I bought my car or the exact day it was made, nor could I remember if I did know. Anyways, here is to another 190,000 miles service from the E39, cheers Werkz.

Yes, original engine and transmission...I believe it was in the upper range of the 170,000s when i got it, but these are the kinds of things that frequently slip my memory so the only way to be sure is a look at the paperwork. When they both reach 200,000 we should through them a combined party, Torque. Thanks guys.

Cool - Almost to 200K and you have a memory too - lol.
Gives me hope with my E34 but I have just a little over 163K.
Now if I only had a memory

We had a 535i with 265k miles. Ran better than the 160k mile one I bought a year later ...

I guess it is all about the maintenance. I feel silly saying look at my e34 with 86600 on the clock.
