18" Wheels For E34

Some guy told me some time ago that he was ble to fit a pair of 19" wheels on his E34 but when i tried some 18" on they were blocked by the suspension and not possible to attach....what am i doin gwrong and what do i have to look at when looking for 18/19" wheels for my E34?

If you tried to fit 18" wheels and they were blocked, either your suspension components need replacing or the offset of the wheel was incorrect. You need a wheel with 5 x 120 bolt pattern and a +20mm offset.

Tires should be 235/40 and can be up to 265/35 for the rear.
