03 540i intake question help, need help fast

Hello all i am new to the bimmer world and i have a quick question that some of you pros may be able to help me with. I just purchased a 03 540i sport with 48k on it and got it for 15k so i had to jump on it, but i had to get rid of my baby, 03 g35 coupe. I loved the sound it made with the injen cold air intake it had. So that is the first mod i am going to do, i know the brand made a difference in my G is it the same with the bimmer i only see either dinan or cosmo and the price differnce is huge.

well i have a chance to get a dinan pretty cheap but it was on a 03 530i, they look pretty close to the same but does anyone know for sure that this is fit my 540, i have to know quick cause someone else wants it too..


any help would be much appreciated or if anyone is selling one for a 540i let me know
