| 1) do you mean electric side view mirrors? if so then you answered your own question by stating that you have a mirror switch under question 4
2) Change the time setting by using the right side button on the instrument cluster. It twists side to side. Twist it to set the time.
3) Use the BC button on the turn signal switch. push it in
4) send a picture of the button. It may be for "fold in" mirrors which isnt an option for e46 in the US but it may be an option there.
5) It should eb prewired, you can buy a flash light (torch) from your dealer
