If you drive like your grandma chances are you will get the 20/28...or if the car was driven primarily in city it may need a good run out on the freeway. Sure it could need a new fuel filter and plugs (would be good to change ithem out concidering the age of the vehicle). There are many factors, driving style and maintenance are a couple of the more common ones...but really a M3 automatic?
