When a company gives you the run around, the easiest way to fix the problem is to dispute it with your credit card company. This is your last ditch effort to straighten things out. Call the vendor before you do it and give them a time frame to fix the order, no response and you call your CC issuer and they fix it right up for you. Use this as a last resort though. It will cost the vendor money if you do file a dispute, which usually makes them a little more understanding.
