ive gotten good customer service from them, but what sucks is that i shipped back 1 of my projector36s because a halo blew out. i sent it to them 2 weeks ago, and i emailed them thursday and they said "it should be shipped out friday". hopefully they hold to their word and actually ship them out, reading this post has given me doubts...
