I also heard good things from Umnitza.com, and was planning to get my aftermarket parts from them as a potential vender...

I can see that a lot of you guys are pretty happy with results from business with them, but I still think that what happened to Rookie was pretty much unacceptable. Theres a difference between trying and not succeeding, and not trying at all. It seems like they didn't even care about their customer.

I once heard in a business meeting, for every 1 dissapointed customer, they tell at least 7 others. If I ran my own business I would be sure to keep that in mind.
