| I have a feeling that if we did start a bad vendor folder they would all be in them! I have a place that actually stands behind their product but they are like 30 - 40 miles away. I am going to get everything from them from now on! They do what they say when they say they are going to do it and they do it right the first time. And if not they will fix it no matter what! I have dropped over 3 grand in their shop in the last two years and now I am saying fuck internet vendors! As a matter of fact I just ordered new alarm parts from them and they are going to ship them to me for free. THATs customer service!
