I would like to share my story with the rest of the forum about one of the not so great aftermarket companies. Think twice before you buy anything from them!
I ordered a set of depo headlights with predator chromium DDEs installed by them. As well as clear corners, LED conversion for the corners and clear sidemarkers. I was excited and couldn't wait to get them. I was told that everything except the headlights would ship right away seperately, because the depos had to clear customs. Customer support told me that they cleared twice which they hadn't and after 6 weeks, a dozen emails, and several phone calls. They shipped my order. I was told that they would ship the clears right away, which they didn't. When the shipment finally arrives not only is the box badly beaten up but half the fucking order is missing! Mind you the headlights look good, I opened up the back to see if there were bulbs and the slots are empty even though their webpage says they include "Poduction D2S Equivalent Headlight Bulbs". I called them about it and was informed that they don't come with bulbs. The guy I ordered them from even said he would throw in some extra bulbs for me free of charge because I placed a decent size order. Great thing is it was the same guy every time I have called!
So there is at least another hundred bucks worth of bulbs. To boot when I opened up the back of the lights one of the wires for the DDE fell out of its litle harness and just hung there. It wasn't like the harness came undone, they didn't install the wire into the harness correctly! What kind of bullshit is that!
When I called about the rest of my order I was informed that they were closing the shop up and to email them and the night guys would take care of me. They brushed me off and informed me that they had kept me upto date with phone calls and emails and they would take care of it tomorrow. BULLSHIT! I had to hound the hell out of them to get a god damn response. Not only did they not keep me upto date the next day I had to call them back! When I finally got someone who would talk to me, I was informed that the clear corners and markers were still on a boat and had to clear customs. Even though four weeks earlier I was told that the clears and LED were sitting in their shop waiting to go out with the headlights. I finally canceled the order for everything else and will fix the headlights myself. As for the bulbs, I have to order bulbs from somewhere else along with the rest of the stuff I wanted.
I will never order ANYTHING from them again! Their customer service is SHIT and they gave me the run around! It should not take damn near two months to get a order to a customer! And they should not be making up stories just to get you off the phone! Not only that, I was told they had shipped my order out on the 12th and after three emails and hounding them, they finally got the package to fedex to be shipped out on the 18th!
Be warned don't shop there!!! They will fuck with your order!
