I owned a 1990 BMW 325is coupe and want to convert the chrome window trim into black shadowline trim, does anyone know how to do that? Can I buy the part anywhere?

Just do it yourself, I did mine last summer with trim coat, came out nice, makes a huge improvement, here's how to do it.

Or you could try to find the trim pieces at a local savage yard. Look for 90/91 318is or an m3(I doubt it there would be one).

Google SEM trim coat paint, it is an exact match for trim on BMW's and is very easy to use.

make sure to sand the aluminum first and perhaps shoot a coat of primer unless this stuff doesn't need it? and its self etching? anyways good luck.

Check the date next time ;) this is from 2005 BTW use plasti dip to shadowline it because it lasts long and is completely reversable.
